ObjectiveLabor Relations Specialist MEX is responsible for Responsible for the execution of initiatives and strategies for the adequate management of key labor processes through the labor model, to strengthen the productivity and labor stability of Nemak.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with action plans of the Labor Model.Manage Labor Lawsuits and Alimony Trials at scale in Nemak MX.Ensure the correct execution of labor casuistry.Ensure the correct payment to suppliers and validate according to the budget.Benchmarking, search for best practices.Position RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Law (Required), Specialization in Labor Law (desirable), Master's Degree in Labor Law or HR or Administration (desirable)English Advanced.Knowledge of Labor Legislation, Social Security and National Social SecurityManagement of labor and personnel relationsTraining and staff developmentSAP RHExperience: 3+ years in Negotiation in labor relations, Personnel administration, Analysis and control of information, 1+ years in Training
