Lead Tooling Designer ">The position oversees the design and development of die cast tools and equipment for product development and technical support in Monterrey. ">Main Responsibilities: ">• Design, develop, and implement high-quality tooling solutions to meet production needs. ">• Manage a team of engineers and designers ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tooling projects. ">• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing tooling and create designs for new products. ">Requirements: ">• Proficient in CAD design tools such as Catia and NX. ">• Understanding of toolmaking process including tool steel selection and fabrication. ">• Familiarity with simulation software used to understand the casting process. ">• Experience with large high-pressure die cast machines.
