Industrial Maintenance Specialist

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer HPDC As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely maintenance interventions, spare parts, and services to achieve departmental objectives and guarantee compliance with the production plan. Key Responsibilities: Update and communicate indicators to the entire maintenance team on a daily basis. Conduct daily meetings to review the top failures. Establish the annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan, document it, and ensure compliance with the plan. Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits, document evidence, and ensure that all maintenance process requirements are applied (MSA, CQI-9, ISO14001, IATF 16949, BIQ). Develop a skills matrix for hourly and salaried staff. Manage time and spare parts for MCP interventions. Create and update SAP structure, manage equipment data, cost centers, etc. Requirements: English Intermediate. CAD/ CAE Design. GD&T. HPDC Manufacturing process. Casting Manufacturing process. Machining Manufacturing process. 5 to 6 years of experience in HPDC.
