Aramco Imports is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team in the import and export industry. As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and supporting various departments in their daily activities. Your primary focus will be on managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and providing support in logistics to maximize our efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll be interacting with different stakeholders including suppliers, clients, and team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, and assisting in the development of best practices to improve workflow and productivity. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive workplace culture will be key to your success in this role. Support accounting with invoice processing and bookkeeping as required. Facilitate communication between teams and external partners to enhance collaboration. Develop and implement office policies and procedures for increased efficiency. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff members. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and office equipment. Knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
