Legal Director, Mexico and LATAM

Company : A Fortune 500 company with over 11,000 employees globally and $7B in annual revenue.Overview : The company is seeking a talented Legal Director to be the lead advisor for the Mexico & Central America region, managing all legal, compliance, and privacy matters. Reporting to the VP & General Counsel, Latin America, this individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while managing a team of lawyers. This role also supports the Latin America shared services center and plays a key role in aligning global strategies with local execution.Experience : The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate legal functions in regulated industries such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, ingredients or manufacturing, among others. Prior experience in a global legal/compliance function is preferred. Experience with multinational companies is a strong plus.Compensation : A competitive compensation package is offered for this position commensurate with experience, and will include base salary, annual target cash bonus, and equity.Location/Relocation : Candidates should be based in Guadalajara (preferably), Mexico City or San Nicolas.
