We bring user expertise with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics to activate DAM solutions and processes that ensure maximum adoption, so the full potential of your brand assets and content is realized.**What You Will do**:- Conceptualize and design brand assets, marketing materials, social media content, and presentations.- Follow and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.- Oversee design editing, retouching, and asset optimization for various platforms.- Provide art direction for campaigns, including video, motion graphics, and print production.- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and enhance visual communication.**Your knowledge, skills, and abilities**:- 8-10 years of experience in visual communications, graphic design, branding, and digital media.- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and layout design work.- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to support visual storytelling- Experience designing for web, mobile, social media, and print.- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking in visual storytelling.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Experience in both written and visual communcations- Familarity with change management inititives in large organizations- Excellent project management habits to manage expectations(Do not remove or modify this information) - Why Blue Trail Digital?We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team.
