A very busy Entrepreneur & leadership coach within the wellness/personal development space is seeking a versatile Forward-thinking E/PA to support with day-to-day tasks.The EPA will need to be extremely confident and comfortable making decisions on behalf of theCEO, and keeping an open line of communication at all times. As the CEO’s “right hand person”, the EPA will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth personal environment for the CEO. the objective for this position is to keep the principal laser-focused on the things that only he can do by taking everything else off of his desk. We are looking for someone who loves the core job responsibilities of the EA/PA role and will be fulfilled by growing within the role for the long term.The PA will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and understand the need for privacy, confidentiality, and discretion.**Responsibilities**:- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides"gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the President updated.- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the President, some of which may have organizational impact.- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.- create systems and operations for the CEO’s workflow,- Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of business and residence.- Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.- Assist in CRM input and edit (customer relation management).- Edit WordPress website (or ability to learn WordPress).- Perform a variety of office and personal errands.- Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors at office and/or residence.- Conduct ad-hoc research.- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.- Coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events.- Social media upload/organization (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook)- Podcast video editing- Transcribing videos, Thumbnail creating/editing- Video shoot set up/clean up- Create and maintain a workout schedule, manage any health tracking devices (Fitbit,Applewatch, etc.), coordinate personal training sessions- Assist with planning leisure activities such as playlist creation, personal shopping, keep an eye out for any activities/events that may be of interest to the CEO.Ideal QualificationsPrevious experience supporting high profile individuals1-2+ years of administrative/personal assistance experience1+ year of experience in marketing/social mediaMust have flexible availability for odd hours and events when needed. Must have a24/7 mentality but the principle is respectful of your time.- *Laptop and car required- ability to travel with little notice (international and domestic)- possess the ability to adapt to any last-minute changes, without struggle.- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude.- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability- Emotional maturity- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions- Detail to Appearance; dress in a professional manner.- Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately, sometimes with little direction.- Ability to work on business and personal items interchangeably.- Demonstrate strong knowledge and extensive use of Microsoft Office and/orMac OS.- Ability to identify/tackle problems AND make suggestions for improvements- Photoshop/Premiere capabilities preferred- Proven ability to anticipate needs and be resourceful- Strong attention to detail**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
