2 months ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking a Finance Controller to oversee financial operations for multiple manufacturing plants. This role is fully onsite in Guadalajara and reports directly to theCFO. The Finance Controller will lead a finance team and play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial activities for the sites, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Partner with site leadership to drive financial performance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals. Ensure accurate financial statements, controls, and compliance. Utilize SAP or other ERP systems for financial reporting and operational planning. Support audits, tax compliance, and internal financial reviews. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting leadership roles within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting. Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Ability to roll up sleeves and work hands-on while managing strategic initiatives. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
