We solve business problems through PEOPLE, PROCESS, and TECHNOLOGY and are looking for individuals to help us scale software projects designed to change the world!**Key Responsibilities**- Responsible for the development & creation of customized, compelling and persuasive proposals that reflect our prospective and existing client's needs- Develop an understanding of the proposed solution and then build upon current information and material to craft a tailored proposal that incorporates bid strategy, specific client benefits, organizational positioning, and supporting messages and case studies- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and write new content for proposal responses while updating the centrally managed knowledge base- Prepare responses to incoming RFPs ensuring clear and consise messaging, grammar, and formatting while adhering to departmental processes and procedures- Curate, grow, and update our team library of approved content, driving and organizing proposal content to maximize reuse effectiveness and utility- Assist in identifying new RFP opportunities including registering for bid notifications with new prospects- Interface with management and sales staff to ensure that proposals meet client/prospect requirements and reflect bid strategy- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to the above responsibilities- Must be comfortable creating documents that meet compliance and technology requirements, align with sales objectives, provide clear technical and non-technical information.**Requirements**:- 4+ years’ experience writing, editing, and preparing RFPs/RFIs/DDQs in a technology-related sector- Exceptional content writing, editing, and proofreading skills, attention to detail and accuracy, as well as above-average analytical skills- Able to work efficiently and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment- Must be a self-starter and able to work both independently and collaboratively- Proven ability to engage stakeholders from across the business and form effective working relationships- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat- Strong team player and can work within a remote environment
