Compliance with shipments and continuous improvement ideas in the area._What a typical day looks like:- _Leads a team comprising of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements._- _Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment._- _Responsible for the End to End process._- _Manage and develop the personnel in charge._- _Follow-up and Closing of work orders._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _BA/BS or equivalent work experience._- _Experience as Production Supervisor._- _Experience in SMT, PTH and BACKEND lines._- _Follow up to production orders_- _Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability)._- _Experience in electronic manufacturing._- _Availability of schedule._- _Personnel management._Nice to have:- _English is also a plus._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- _Competitive Salary._- _Life & Medical insurance._- _Christmas Bonus._- _Food Coupons._- _Saving Fund._- AC67_Job CategoryOperations
