The position will be physically based in Guadalajara, Mexico.****What Will You Do In Your Role**:- Perform talent identification, screening, and evaluation, coordinate with the coordinator’s assistance, the interviews with hiring managers and other interview panelists. Coordinate the hiring process while being in constant communication with Hiring Supervisor, HRBP’s,staffing agencies and head-hunters.- Create an effectively partnership with the business to source, recruit, and hire talent while providing an exceptional consumer experience.- Develop and maintain partnerships across the Recruiting team, customers, and key stakeholders (e.g., business HR, compliance, Supervisors, legal, etc.) to deliver value-added. services that reflect the business objectives of the enterprise.- Previous experience in talent acquisition end to end process for all profiles levels, ( since Interns/entry level until Executives/Sr. Managers positions).**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Previous experience in manufacturing plants.- Proficient Bilingual English -Spanish.Education Bachelor’s Degree.**JOB DETAILS**:LocationGuadalajara, JaliscoCompanyKoch IndustriesCareer FieldHuman ResourcesJob Number123781
