Medical Records Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Clinical Documentation Specialist to review clinical documentation and identify inconsistencies or areas of improvement that impact claims or patient care records. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in Medicine or Life Sciences as well as experienced physicians, especially those with exposure to RCM or healthcare BPO operations. The Clinical Service – Virtual Operational Review (VOR) involves: Reviewing clinical documents and submissions made by healthcare professionals Ensuring completeness, clarity, and compliance with medical documentation standards The Clinical Denial Analyst (CDA) role entails: Analyzing medical charts and documentation to identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies Flagging documentation issues that may lead to insurance claim denials Collaborating with physicians or other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong English communication skills – verbal and written A basic understanding of clinical terms, medical charts, and documentation standards Analytical thinking and attention to detail A willingness to work in a process-driven, fast-paced environment Benefits This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, particularly for those with experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare BPO operations.
