Security Operations Center Lead

**Role and Responsibilities**- Lead and manage the Security Operations Center, ensuring efficient and effective 24/7 monitoring of all renewable energy projects.- Develop and implement SOC procedures, protocols, and policies to enhance security operations.- Oversee the detection, analysis, and response to security incidents and threats targeting industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.- Coordinate with internal and external teams to mitigate risks and resolve security incidents promptly.- Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities specific to solar, wind, and battery OT networks.- Utilize advanced threat detection tools and technologies to identify potential risks to industrial control systems.- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure a comprehensive security strategy for OT environments.- Communicate security incidents and resolutions to stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear and concise information flow.- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to cybersecurity for critical infrastructure and OT environments.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain security compliance within renewable energy projects.- Lead and mentor a team of SOC analysts and security professionals.- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge in OT security.- Implement robust security measures tailored to the unique needs of renewable generators' OT networks.- Develop and enforce policies that ensure the protection and continuous operation of critical OT systems.- Prepare and present regular security reports and incident summaries to management and stakeholders.- Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents, responses, and resolutions, ensuring thorough records for future reference.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC lead or similar role.- In-depth knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat analysis for industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.- Experience with renewable energy projects, particularly solar, wind, and battery storage, is highly desirable.- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to OT cybersecurity.- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are preferred.**Why Join Us**:- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Professional development and growth opportunities.- Onsite Security- Dedicated parking space**Job Specifics**:Mixed shift, work from the Guadalajara office Monday-SaturdayTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $59,486.00 - $99,144.37 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
