If so, lets talk.**Your Role and Responsibilities**:- Plan activities in conjunction with the Civil Protection provider (external consultant).- Update risk analyses in the facilities- Update the emergency plans in the facilities.- Periodically carry out verification rounds in the facilities promoting and verifying compliance with the NOM and other related regulations.- Provide continuous training courses for the emergency brigades in order to motivate participation, always keeping the personnel list up to date.- Implement, plan and execute the annual drill program.- Integrate, together with the external consultant, the internal/Specific Civil Protection program.- Verify compliance with the external consultant's activities.- Maintain training and training area in order and cleanliness- Manage and lead the response to emergencies that occur in the facility.- Verify and comply with chemical control, order and cleanliness guidelines to comply with audits.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**:- Implementation and integration of internal/specific civil protection programs.- Conduct and implementation of risk analysis.- Realization and implementation of emergency and contingency plans.- Integral risk management- Training of brigade courses.- Windows: Excel and Word.- Handling of statistics- Basic presentations.- Mexican Official Standards, mainly: STPS and PC.- Applicable civil protection legislation (federal, local, etc.).- Various topics in integrated risk management and civil protection: fire prevention and firefighting, search and rescue, evacuation and retreat, first aid, etc.).**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**Advanced English Level.**About Business Unit**IBM Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) team represents a variety of functions such as marketing, finance, legal, operations, HR, and more, all working together to solve some of the world's most complex problems, help our clients achieve success and build collaborative work environments for IBMers.Are you craving to learn more?
