Its span of products comprises business licensing, tax solutions, short-term rental, online civic services, information access and official public records.The client aims to transform development and L3 support operations by establishing a strategic partnership with GlobalLogic, aiming to set up self sufficient teams to support cross-portfolio initiatives, including sustenance of current platforms and also evolving their products through the modernization of the tech-stack and implementation of advance data analytics and microservices-based solutions.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR relevant equivalent technical experience.10+ years of professional project/program management experience managing increasing project size and complexityCustomer service oriented personalityUp to date knowledge of Digital Solutions methodologies and Tools for Web Development, Databases, Cloud Computing and storage, or any other Digital Content Management and Configurations.Ability to influence and/or implement tools (Jira, Relay, ) and processes for efficient delivery of engagementsMust have proven ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve resultsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including good listening skillsExcellent and practical experience of Project and Program delivery methodologiesAble to work both collaboratively and autonomouslyIndustry certifications, including Agile (Scrum Master, ) traditional (PMP, ), are a strong plusNice to Have:Experience interacting with globally distributed development teamsExperience with High-Tech, Fintech or Retail industriesExperience working with technical teams from the USASoft skills:Time ManagementTeamworkLeadership and FollowershipEffective CommunicationSelf-drivenWell organizedOwnership Driven MindsetEnglishAdvanced/Proficient**Responsibilities**:Work with department heads within the investment support teams to identify and track key performance indicatorsRegular progress and status reports as agreed with the project management office and CustomerProvide technical, managerial and operational support for team members as neededLead transition and ensure business as usual activities are maintained, and changes are effectively integrated into the businessFormulate and draft business cases and investment appraisalsIdentify, manage and resolve risks and issues and initiate appropriate corrective actionsDefine and ensure capability governance arrangementsReport progress, prepare reports and give verbal briefs and presentations as requiredAlign, plan and organize projects/programs to meet project's objectives and customer goalsEnsure allocation of resources and skills to projects/programs in priority orderEnsure proper and prompt onboarding and knowledge transfer plans are completed for all engineersEnsure all customer's technologies and products are well understood by the Development and QA team membersTrack and oversight of all activities performed by the team members with the intention to achieve high performance and productivity of the team.**What We Offer****Exciting Projects**: Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
