Legal Assistant We are looking for a Legal Assistant focused on customer service, whose main function will be to follow up, request, and organize the necessary documentation and information from clients for the proper presentation of their cases. This position involves efficient management of communication and client support throughout the legal process.ResponsibilitiesAttend to and follow up with clients, guiding them through the process of gathering documents and relevant information for their case.Request, receive, and organize all necessary documentation from clients.Maintain constant communication with clients to inform them about the status of their case and resolve any questions.Manage schedules, reminders, and appointments related to the cases.File and keep clients’ electronic and physical records up to date.Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all information is complete and available in a timely manner.RequirementsRequirementsMinimum of one year of experience in customer service, document management, or a similar position.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and intermediate to advanced English.Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Discretion and confidential handling of information.Administrative skills: managing calendars, handling emails, and following up on pending tasks.Empathy and friendly treatment of clients.Basic proficiency in digital tools and document management systems.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Opportunity for professional development in a dynamic legal environment.Ongoing training.Collaborative and client-focused work environment.
