Some crucial responsibilities include organizing company events, arranging employee training and managing budgets as needed.- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities- Strong analytical ability- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening- Insightful thinker, capable of solving complex problems**Responsibilities**- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities- Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, etc.- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment- Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals Lead Client Engagements- Support HR’s assignments- Suppliers / Contractors negotiation**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- English Proficiency (B2+)- 3+ years' Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilitiesTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $15,000.00 al mesIdioma:- English (Obligatorio)
