Title: Office Operations Associate Location : Gdl, Jalisco. On-site We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Operations Specialist . This role involves supporting the operations team in maintaining office infrastructure, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with office events, all while ensuring the highest standards of service to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of day-to-day office operations, including onboarding new clients, addressing inquiries, and coordinating office services such as food & beverages and wellness programs. Support vendor management, including procurement, servicing coordination, and managing office staff, such as cleaning and maintenance. Ensure the office environment runs smoothly by maintaining equipment, handling mail deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety and government regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on service-oriented support and client relations. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing office operations and vendor relationships.
