Our team of professionals is driven by the purpose of providing best in class value-adding services to our partners by leveraging our empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Customer Support Specialists to work and develop in the online retail area.Primary Responsibilities:- Provide customer support via emails, chats and phone calls- Keeping customers happy about the product and our services- Entering data into CRM, different online tools, and cloud-based platforms- Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or HelpwareQualifications:- Advanced English level (C1+);- Great English writing and reading skills;- Willingness to communicate competently with customers by phone;- At least one year of Customer Service Experience;- Ability to learn fast;- Being tech-savvy, advanced user of pc, online platforms (CRM and/ or ticket systems);- Multitasking.
