Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aJr Program Administratorlocated in Guadalajara,North Campus Reporting to theSr Director, Program ManagementtheJrProgram Administratorrole involves role involves Assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship. What a typical day looks like: Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems. Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships. Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares program reports for management, client, or others. May assist in metric development and tracking. Occasional travel to customer locations. Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities. Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related. Fluent English (Mandatory) Financial knowledge Knowledge with Office (Excel. Power Point) Experience with different kinds of reports and KPI´s Leadership Decision-making Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures. Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions. Use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems. Demonstrates advanced functional skills which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and/or guide other employees.
