Key Account Solutions Professional This role entails serving as a bridge between our sales, product, and technical teams to understand clients' business needs and recommend tailored solutions. In this position, you will work closely with clients to analyze their requirements and provide strategic recommendations for technology solutions that align with their goals and technical environments. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and deliver customized product demonstrations. Analyze client business processes and provide expert recommendations for technology solutions. Design and propose innovative solutions that meet client objectives and technical constraints. Act as a trusted advisor to clients during pre-sales and early implementation phases. Create high-quality documentation, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions. Provide training and support to clients during onboarding and deployment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions, pre-sales, or technical consulting role. Professional experience with Linux and VOIP technologies. Strong understanding of software platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms. Benefits: Work-from-home opportunities.
