Job Title: Office Coordinator About Our Team: We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking an organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion of tasks Assist in organizing company events, coordinate logistics, and maintain inventory of office supplies Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the office and kitchen areas Coordinate new hire orientation and provide employees with necessary materials Receive, sort and route mail and publications Perform various clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and collating Qualifications: Proven work experience as Receptionist or Administrative Assistant Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment Professional attitude and appearance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: Medical Insurance Vacation days after probation period Personal days after probation period Floating Day Performance review and opportunity for salary adjustment Annual bonus based on performance Monthly food vouchers Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
