Aloha~ The major function of this position is: Provide support in picking, packing, and shipping of goods, as well as assisting internal and external customers, corporate events, and repairs.Shift:Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (Overtime may be required based on business needs.) Location:Tlaquepaque, Jalisco - MexicoEssential Duties: Accurately perform the picking, packing, and confirmation of daily orders and corporate events efficiently.Unload shipments received by truck or courier, consisting of sunglasses, cases, display units, and any other Maui Jim products.Provide tracking information for daily completed shipments.Assist with information regarding quantities required for the monthly purchase order from headquarters, review and confirm shipments.Inspect products for quality according to company standards.Conduct cycle counts and annual inventories.Maintain the department’s minimum productivity and accuracy standards.Maintain safety stock of various packing materials.Keep the work area clean and organized by applying the 5S methodology.Operate and maintain warehouse equipment in good condition, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and others.Demonstrate flexibility and maturity when working in a team.Communicate effectively by phone with distributors regarding the status of their orders and shipments.Ability to use Microsoft Office and (ERP) SAP.Generate tracking reports for sent and received shipments.Other Duties: Perform job-related tasks as requested or required.Communicate activity status to the supervisor to achieve objectives in a timely and accurate manner.Desired Qualifications As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position: High school diploma (required).University degree (desired).4–5 years of warehouse experience.Skills preferred for this position: Intermediate English.ERP management (SAP preferred).Attention to detail.Customer service skills.Strong organizational ability.Teamwork skills.Ability to adapt to changing schedules. ​Strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to work in a team environmentFlexibleAloha SpiritSpecial Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a fast pace.Ability to communicate in different environments.Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).Ability to use a PC and basic Office software, including freight quotation tools.Ability to use pallet jacks and forklifts.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Work Shift: 1st Shift (Mexico)Special Language Requirement (If Applicable): Salary is only one component of total compensation at Maui Jim!
