Global Logistics Data Entry Specialist

We're seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy data entry professional to help us maintain our clients' rate data in our internal system. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with numbers, organization, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will be part of the team that ensures our clients' rates and billing information are accurate and up-to-date. They will work closely with sales and account teams to ensure accuracy, maintain Excel reports, and track key performance indicators. Responsibilities include: Entering and updating client rate data in our system Working closely with sales and account teams to ensure accuracy Maintaining Excel reports and tracking key performance indicators Generating internal reports to highlight needed updates or changes The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and an Associate's degree is preferred. Previous experience in data entry, sales support, operations, customer service, or any analytical/administrative role is beneficial.
