They design targeted ad strategies, manage tracking, create compelling content, optimize eCommerce feeds, and provide data-driven performance reports.About the Role: Our client is seeking a Paid Media Associate who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow in media buying. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who wants to build expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.Key Responsibilities:Assist in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns. Learn and develop skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads. Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance. Support senior team members in developing and implementing paid media strategies. Monitor and report on key campaign metrics. Requirements1-2 years of experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok Ads). Basic knowledge of media buying and campaign setup. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Highly proactive and eager to learn. Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara.
