Your Role Identify customer needs & develop appropriate packaging solutions.Design and DevelopmentDesign and develop innovative packaging solutions based on customer requirements.Provide technical expertise and support to the customers and sales team during implementation of packaging solutions.Business Acquisition ManagementCoordinate activities with cross‑functional teams.Ensure proper production and quality control processes with manufacturing teams.Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.Customer & Cross‑functional CollaborationsCollaborate with teams such as sales, production, procurement, and R&D to meet project objectives.Identify best strategies to develop marketplace for KTPconTeyor products (Textile‑Plastics‑Steel returnable packaging solutions).Work closely with customers to understand their packaging requirements.Provide technical expertise and support in selecting auditable packaging solutions.Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, quality control and sales teams.Address technical challenges, incorporate feedback and optimize designs.Serve as technical resource for customers, sales teams and production staff.Assist with troubleshooting product or packaging issues.Feasibility StudiesEvaluate the technical and economic feasibility of proposed packaging solutions.Analyze material costs, manufacturing capabilities, transportation considerations, and environmental impacts.Continuous ImprovementMonitor market trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices.Identify areas for improvement and explore innovative packaging techniques.Documentation and CommunicationDevelop technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.Location: Based in our office in Zapopan, Mexico.
