Digital Project Manager

Job Title: Digital Project Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced bilingual account manager with a strong background in web development and digital project management. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building client relationships, communicating technical concepts clearly, and managing web development projects from start to finish. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project success, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. As a key team player, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects in collaboration with internal technical and creative teams. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication in both Spanish and English. Translate technical concepts into clear business language for clients and stakeholders. Ensure that projects stay on track in terms of timeline, scope, and budget. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering value and solutions that meet their needs. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand client services based on evolving needs. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a web development agency or tech-focused environment. Strong understanding of web development technologies, processes, and terminology. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Proven success in managing multiple web projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
