CAD Design SpecialistThis role involves creating detailed design packages for delivery stations, encompassing equipment placement, workspace layouts, and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:- Design Development: Produce highly detailed CAD drawings for delivery station layouts, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure completeness and accuracy. - Collaboration: Work closely with construction teams to produce complete and approved design sets, ensuring timely delivery. - Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate permit sets, structural drawings, floorplans, and elevations with internal and external stakeholders. - Quality Assurance: Participate in peer reviews and ensure zero-defect deliverables by supporting design quality control processes.Qualifications:- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Revit, project coordination, facility layout, manufacturing design, commercial/industrial drafting, or structural drafting. - Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD Architecture, intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
