Job Title: Project Coordinator (Jira Experience Required) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Jira and a strong ability to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across teams Create, manage, and maintain project plans and timelines Use Jira to track tasks, user stories, bugs, and project progress Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies Monitor project status and report on progress, risks, and issues Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements Identify potential risks and work with teams to mitigate them Support project managers in administrative and operational tasks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and workflow management Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspacePreferred Qualifications Experience working in a technology or software development environment Knowledge of Confluence or other documentation tools Scrum certification (e.g., CSM) is a plusKey Skills Project coordination and time management Attention to detail Problem-solving and critical thinking Team collaboration Adaptability in fast-paced environments
