Job Purpose: You will be responsible for ensuring the balance (fashion pyramid), design, and quality of mass garment production, making decisions where design intersects with marketing. Selection of styles, colors, and materials predetermined months in advance, deep research into the latest trends aligned with the market. Some of your duties will include: Observing, analyzing, and interpreting global trends for a commercial market. Providing input on assortment to ensure the correct balance of categories. Sample development, fit supervision, and approvals. Product development with suppliers: picking, silhouette, material, color, graphic. Creating mood boards, tech packs, or guides for supplier development. Monitoring sample development. Conducting shopping trips to confirm seasonal macro trends. Conducting negotiation and product selection trips. Ensuring the correct use and functioning of technological systems to operate the company, as well as ensuring the timely loading of information into PLM to continue the product development process. Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design. Minimum 4 years of previous experience as a fashion designer in the fashion industry. Product and textile knowledge (essential). PLM knowledge (desirable). Conversational English. Knowledge of product development (technical sheets). Experience in collection building (mood boards). Use of design software: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), MAC Platform. Experience in product development. Experience in graphic design for textile prints.
