Job Description Regularly analyze the market to discover new business opportunities and partnerships and develop strategies to reach those groups. Frequently evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives, and regularly report on revenue growth, market penetration, and client acquisition. Oversee the onboarding and ongoing leadership of Airport business operators. Prepare, review and administer commercial contracts for Airport business operators. Implement policies and procedures for recovering and limiting debts. Oversee department objectives through the development and execution of budget business plans. Ensure correct and detailed management of SIFOS/SAC system for issuing monthly bills for rent and other Airport concepts. Prepare periodic performance reports for the Director of Finance & Administration and make recommendations for continued improvements on service delivery and revenue generation. Qualifications & Experience BSc. Marketing or Business Management of Administration from a recognized tertiary institution Project Management training Advanced training in Social Media Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations; Planning and Statistical Analysis A proven track record in developing new business lines and onboarding new business customers 5 years’ experience in business development, sales and/or commercial management 5 years project management skills including use of formal project management tools, approaches, using research and data interpretation. 5 years forecasting, creating and managing sales budget 5 years organizational contracts and SIFOS/SAC system 5 years working and understanding commercial contracts and third-party services. 5 years generating commercial revenue; rescission of contracts and recovery of debts and assets. 3 years managing teams to meet objectives and deliver sales results 3 years people management to include setting objectives and managing performance Knowledge & Skills Government and commercial contract administration laws Negotiation, sales and marketing techniques Regulatory framework of statutory and incorporated bodies Sales and Marketing principles Debt recovery procedures Advanced computer knowledge People management and development skills Great relationship building and customer care skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Language Advanced/Intermediate Spanish Excellent written and verbal English (Mandatory) Location: Norman Manley, Kingston Airport All our recruitment processes are impartial.
