Finance Sector Project Leader

Job Title: Payroll Project Manager The primary goal of this role is to lead projects in the finance sector and coordinate work with multiple team members. This involves planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and go-live for payroll-related projects. Escalation of critical risks and issues must be done promptly. The project plan and weekly status reporting are also performed. Responsibilities: Project management and personnel management An excellent understanding of payroll principles and systems (ADP GV) Knowledge of time tracking systems (Workday) Mailbox monitoring Payroll cycle monitoring Answering tickets on a customer response center and attending escalations Requirements: Years of experience needed – 2-4 years Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field Excel and Power BI – Advanced About this Role: As a Payroll Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects in the finances area, coordinating work of multiple team members, and ensuring timely escalation of critical risks and issues.
