Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our workplaces. This role involves supporting the operations team in maintaining office infrastructure, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with office events, all while ensuring the highest standards of service to internal and external stakeholders. Support vendor management, including procurement, servicing coordination, and managing office staff, such as cleaning and maintenance. Ensure the office environment runs smoothly by maintaining equipment, handling mail deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety and government regulations. Requirements: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on service-oriented support and client relations.
