Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain business relationships with suppliers and clients. Direct the allocation of materials, supplies, and products. Develop high-quality products and ensure they meet market demands. Oversee logistics, supply chain management, and transportation. Manage budgets and financial planning related to supply chain operations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Essential Skills: Paying close attention to details to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Being highly organized to manage multiple tasks and projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Understanding logistics, supply chain management, and transportation systems. Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve supply chain issues. Required/Desired Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Logistics, preferably in the automotive industry. 2-3 years in a Management position. Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations. Development of tactical strategies to improve operation. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodology.
