Senior Technical Product Specialist

This role is for an IT Business Analyst with the Mobile App development team. The analyst will provide a crucial link between the various product owners and development teams. Key responsibilities include building a mature backlog, translating it concisely to the development team, performing Scrum Master duties as needed, and creating functional specification documents. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with the product owner and business story writers to ensure story mapping and story grooming sessions are productive. A strong analytical, logical, and interpersonal skills are required, along with excellent communication and facilitator skills. Mandatory Skills Description: At least 5 years of IT experience, requirements, business, and systems analysis or similar experience. Working knowledge of Agile SDLC, strong analytical, logical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and facilitator skills, proactive self-starter. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Experience with tools that facilitate agile development, such as Jira, ADO, Taiga, Rally, Team Foundation Server, etc. 3+ years of experience with Mobile Application development teams, Customer Facing Digital Channels and/or the travel industry.
