Job Summary This role serves as a strategic partner to management on human resource-related matters. The ideal candidate will assess and anticipate HR needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting company values. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with regional priorities Design and implement employee relations strategies, including union relations and labor law compliance Monitor and report on labor board cases and union activities Collaborate with operations staff to develop performance action plans related to attrition and disciplinary KPIs Execute recruitment and selection processes for operations staff Provide day-to-day HR guidance to line management Create GPTW action plans and establish follow-up processes Evaluate and ensure compliance with UN Global Compact requirements Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's Degree desired Fluent English language skills required Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources Experience in local labor regulations and human resources procedures Knowledge of call center management and recruitment Key Skills Excellent communication, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity Ability to work comfortably with technology Strong understanding of learning processes and willingness to learn and adapt Results-oriented individual with flexibility and business discipline Verbal articulation, interpersonal, and customer-centric metrics knowledge Adaptability, customer orientation, teamwork, communication, initiative, leadership, strategic thinking, team development, change management, and empowerment About Us We celebrate and value diversity, guaranteeing that our talent attraction process is free from discrimination based on various protected characteristics.
