Sourcing and Procurement Professional

Job Title: Sourcing and Procurement Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services, negotiating contracts, and managing end-to-end sourcing projects. Key Responsibilities: Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk consistent with client requirements. Manage proactive engagements activity for operational planned spend opportunities within defined operational spend levels. Manage transactional buying desk activities and support wider category management including raising purchase orders. Quotation analysis and recommendations, consideration suitability/reliability of suppliers to meet operational requirements and as per Client ProcurementPolicy/Sourcing guidelines. Negotiate with Suppliers on both Commercial and Non-Commercial Clauses as per guidance. Obtain approval from Client Category Manager on finalized projects. Support drafting of Contract as Client and Senior Buyer instructions. Record Savings in the Client Savings Database. Engage with operational teams to review pipeline and track savings opportunities. Requirements: Relevant experience of operational sourcing (indirect) and tactical buying. Hands-on experience on Coupa (preference) /ARIBA or similar systems for procurement/CRM tools. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Green belt / Black belt / certified lean professional will be preferred. Any sourcing/project management certification/course will be a preference. US/UK sourcing experience will be preferred. Education – Min graduate in any stream. Any Master degree would be preferred. Any tech qualification would be preferred.
