Key Responsibilities:Supplier and Client Relationships: Establishing and maintaining business relationships with suppliers and clients.Material Allocation: Directing the allocation of materials, supplies, and products.Product Development: Developing high-quality products and ensuring they meet market demands.Logistics Management: Overseeing logistics, supply chain management, and transportation.Financial Planning: Managing budgets and financial planning related to supply chain operations.Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Essential Skills:Detail-Oriented: Paying close attention to details to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Organizational Skills: Being highly organized to manage multiple tasks and projects.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.Technical Knowledge: Understanding logistics, supply chain management, and transportation systems.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve supply chain issues.Required/Desired Education and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.2-3 years in a Management position.Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.Development of tactical strategies to improve the operation.Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodology.
