Responsibilities and requirements are listed below:Sourcing ManagerResponsibilities:Develop and execute cost-effective sourcing strategies for raw materials, components, and services.Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery targets.Conduct supplier evaluations.Optimize inbound/outbound logistics, including freight, customs, and inventory management.Ensure efficient warehouse operations and accurate inventory control to meet production demands.Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.Forecast demand and manage materials planning to prevent shortages or excess inventory.Ensure adherence to Mexican regulations (e.g., IMMEX, Customs) and industry standards (IATF 16949).Lead and mentor purchasing, logistics, and planning teams.Drive cross-departmental initiatives to enhance productivity and cost savings.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of purchasing or sourcing experience in automotive manufacturing, with Minimum of 2 years in leadership.In-depth knowledge of Mexico’s trade regulations and import/export processes.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced in Excel.Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English is required.Bilingual in Spanish is required.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Career development opportunities within a growing global company.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience to hr@Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
