As a key member of our development team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain visually stunning websites using Webflow's powerful tools and features. Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience to drive traffic, conversions, and long-term growth. Collaborate with our design, marketing, and product teams to implement data-informed design refinements and A/B testing strategies. Integrate third-party tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and automation workflows, with expertise in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4). Requirements 4-6 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Webflow, including CMS and animations/interactions. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly as used within Webflow. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) for event tracking and performance insights. Experience integrating third-party tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools, or marketing automation workflows. Understanding of SEO principles, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility. Nice to Have Ability to create wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes to support early-stage design thinking. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
