Global Supply Chain Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global supply chain operations. As Global Supply Chain Operations Director , you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end material flow, ensuring alignment with production demands and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of professionals across materials planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Develop and implement processes for inventory control, warehouse optimization, and material availability to minimize downtime and expedite throughput. Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material usage and just-in-time delivery. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Standardize workflows, reduce excess material, and introduce best practices for lean material management. Qualifications: Proven experience in supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment. Experience working with SAP for material and warehouse functions. Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes. Skilled in leading large teams and fluent in English. Preferred Traits: Strong analytical thinker with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement. Effective communicator with a coaching leadership style. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
