Human Resources Business Partner

We are hiring: Human Resources Business Partner – Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of the Americas Human Resources team , you'll support our operations across OEI Mx, ORT, OHI, OCB & OMX HQ, driving business success through impactful human capital strategies . What You’ll Do : Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership and business teams Lead initiatives in talent management , performance reviews , and succession planning Advise on employee relations , conflict resolution , and compliance with Mexican labor law Drive learning & development (L&D) efforts and onboard new talent effectively Support process improvement, automation in HR , and employee experience Collaborate within a matrix organization and across Centers of Excellence (COE) Requirements : 5+ years as an HRBP or similar strategic HR role Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field Advanced English and native Spanish fluency Solid understanding of Mexican labor regulations Experience working with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Vantage a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred : Master's degree or postgraduate certification in Organizational Development or Human Resources Ability to manage multiple HR projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience in coaching , change management , and cross-functional collaboration.
