Content Enrichment Specialist

We’re Hiring: Content Enrichment Specialist – Hybrid (Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico) We’re looking for a Content Enrichment Specialist to enhance and optimize customer-facing content, creating seamless, engaging, and helpful experiences across our digital platforms. From support portals and product pages to chatbots and knowledgebases, you’ll transform complex or technical information into clear, actionable, and on-brand resources. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of content strategy, service design, and digital experience —collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive self-service, boost product adoption, and build brand trust. Key Responsibilities: Enrich support articles, FAQs, onboarding materials, chatbot scripts, and in-app messages for clarity and usability. Add structure, formatting, visuals, and metadata to improve accessibility and presentation. Enhance content discoverability through tagging, taxonomy, and categorization aligned with customer journeys. Audit and maintain content quality, ensuring compliance with brand, tone, and accessibility standards. Collaborate with CX, support, product, and UX teams to deliver enriched, contextual content. Monitor metrics and feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, English, UX Writing, or related field. 3+ years working with customer-facing digital content. Proficiency with CMS tools (Zendesk Guide, Salesforce Knowledge, WordPress). Knowledge of SEO, WCAG accessibility, and usability best practices. Experience with content analytics and customer support data is a plus. Preferred Traits: Customer-first mindset with a passion for clarity and helpfulness.
