MezTal is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara and support a U.S.-based client. This position plays a key role in updating and maintaining marketing reports, pulling and validating data, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of insights. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable to standardized processes, and comfortable collaborating with an international analytics team. You’ll work with tools such as Power BI, DOMO, Google Sheets, and Python/Pandas , and play an important role in spotting anomalies, preparing presentations, and supporting smooth reporting workflows. Key Responsibilities Update recurring marketing reports and ensure accuracy of data. Pull and organize data from multiple marketing sources and platforms. Identify anomalies or inconsistencies in performance data and flag them for review. Create presentations and documents (Google Slides, Google Docs) to support internal and client-facing needs. Collaborate with the analytics and operations teams to improve workflows and deliverables. Work with BI tools such as Power BI, DOMO, and Pandas to build dashboards and streamline reporting. Support process standardization and continuous improvement of reporting workflows. Must-Have Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or marketing data roles. Hands-on experience updating reports and pulling marketing data. Knowledge of online marketing metrics and concepts. Strong ability to identify anomalies and ensure data quality. Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, and DOMO , Python and Pandas are a nice to have. Advanced English level (written and spoken). Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to standardized workflows. Nice to Have Familiarity with additional marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics. Experience supporting international teams and reporting in a marketing agency environment. Ability to automate repetitive reporting tasks using scripts or BI features.
