Strategic Financial Leader - Mexico

Job Title: Financial Operations Manager We are a leading motor manufacturing and product assembly group with operations in Southern China and Mexico, and offices in the United States and Korea. Our company is seeking a high-caliber candidate to fill the position of Financial Operations Manager. The successful candidate will oversee financial closings, ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, and implement effective cost control measures. Responsibilities: Ensure timely preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns. Maintain strict adherence to SAT regulations, monitoring updates in Mexican tax legislation to ensure compliance. Lead the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and performance analysis to drive informed decision-making. Proactively address inquiries, audits, and disputes from tax authorities to mitigate risks. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing accounting closures within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Mexican tax law, including corporate income tax (ISR), VAT (IVA), and payroll taxes/social security. Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or local Mexican systems.
