Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

ERP Specialist - IT Mission: As part of the IT department, the candidate will collaborate in providing support, analysis, design, and development of solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) environment used by the group. As part of the IT department at Fersa Bearings, you will play a crucial role in supporting, analyzing, designing, and developing solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) environment. Based in Mexico , you will be responsible for providing ERP support to users in both Mexico and the USA . This role also involves bug fixing , requirement analysis , and collaboration with the central ERP team in Spain , offering valuable exposure to international coordination and system evolution. Key Responsibilities: Join the IT department at Fersa Bearings. Provide first-level support to users within the D365FO environment. Participate in the analysis and design of automation solutions in D365FO. Support the implementation of PowerApps within the D365FO suite. Analyze and develop automations using PowerAutomate for D365FO. Contribute to ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) projects across various ERP systems. Enjoy innovating and developing solutions to improve processes. Be an active member of multidisciplinary work teams. Profile Requirements: Academic background in Computer Science or a related engineering degree. Passion for analytics and problem-solving. Strong technological mindset. Curiosity about data modeling. Interest in business applications and ERP ecosystems. Knowledge of databases and data structures. Knowledge of or experience in Salesforce CRM is considered an added advantage . High energy and eagerness to learn new concepts and methods. Team spirit, extroverted personality, positive attitude, and good communication skills. Solid problem-solving abilities and creativity in finding alternative solutions. Ideal Candidate: You are looking for someone: - With 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or - With a solid foundation in ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, etc.), especially located in Guadalajara, Mexico.
