Lead Content Specialist

Job Title A Content Manager will lead a team of specialists in enriching content for digital platforms. This role involves owning the enrichment strategy, managing daily execution, and ensuring alignment with merchandising objectives. About the Job Manage a team of Content Enrichment Specialists and set priorities to drive daily execution. Owning the content enrichment strategy for key product categories. Serve as the central point of contact for enrichment projects and category launches. Drive continuous improvement of data quality, taxonomy, and metadata. Partner with PIM and IT teams to evolve enrichment tools and workflows. Oversee the development and governance of content standards and attribution guidelines. Establish performance KPIs to track content experience and reduce friction. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, English, or a related field. 6+ years of experience working with customer-facing content in digital platforms. Proficiency with CMS tools, content editing platforms, and SEO best practices. Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and usability principles. Experience with content analytics, voice-of-customer feedback, and cross-channel content strategies is desirable.
