Senior Content Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a talented Content Developer to join our creative team. As a key member of our content strategy, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and strategic content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand voice, audience engagement, and messaging strategy. They will be able to develop engaging copy for social media, internal communications, and marketing materials while maintaining consistency in tone and messaging across platforms. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with business objectives, creating engaging communication materials for various audiences, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful content. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with social media management tools and excellent grammar and proofreading capabilities. Requirements Bilingual English-Spanish (must) Minimum 3 years of experience in content development, copywriting, or a related field, preferably within an in-house creative team or agency setting. Proven track record of developing engaging content for social media, internal communications, and marketing materials. Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging strategies across different audiences and platforms. Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful content. Familiarity with publishing content for social media platforms and using social media management tools. Excellent grammar and proofreading capabilities with extreme detail-oriented skills. Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Education: Bachelor degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
