The Offer A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities Leadership Role Work in a company with a solid track record of performance The Job As an Infor WFM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Infor Workforce Management solutions for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Clients: Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with Infor WFM functionality. System Design and Configuration: Design and configure Infor WFM solutions to meet client needs, including modules such as Time & Attendance, Multi-View Scheduler, and more. Data Migration and Integration: Manage data migration from legacy systems and integrate Infor WFM with other enterprise applications. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the solution meets client expectations. User Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective use of the system. Project Management: Oversee implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guides. Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to continuously improve processes, methodologies, and solutions. The Profile You have at least 5 years' experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial. You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. You have working knowledge of infor m3 You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders Primary Skill: Business Process Analysis, System Configuration and Customization & Data Migration and Integration Experience in data migration, integration, and working with backend databases Secondary skill: Understanding of the technical aspects of Infor M3 and related integrations The Employer Our client is an IT Solution provider that works round the clock to support businesses with their IT infra requirements.
