Reporting to theProduction Manager , theAssociate Production Supervisor’srole involves: What a typical day looks like: Handle product transfer and new product set up. Monitoring the daily production plan. Managing and developing staff. Responsible for end-to-end processes. Bottleneck analysis. Hour-by-hour compliance. Work order completion. Optimally manage company-provided resources (tools and mechanical assembly machinery, materials, and personnel) to ensure the production plan is met with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
